they r transferred from VHS using a video stabilizer to DVR. Much better than alpha, which copies were compressed to fit on DVD9 and their catalogue, but Probably not as good as VCI/serial squadron.

I will post Tom mix (mascot serial) but the quality is less due to serial @lp VHS.

Your copy is so much better quality than alpha. Do you have any copies of youngeagles or adventures of flying cdets?

No. I'm not sure about Young Eagles and probably not on flying cadets. I copied most of my serials from a friend's late father's serial collection. Therefore I would have to obtain the VHS and transfer. And that takes $$$$ to obtain the VHS. Transfer is free.

I have heard the young eagles was not very good. There are a few more PD that I have not transferred either because the source is poor, i.e. queen of the jungle and winners of the west (story rummored 2B not gud).

I've change my mind about the winners of the west and Jungle queen (source in not GUD). However, I cannot get to them until after april 15. I will attempt to get flying cadets if it is cheap enough. I check the serial sqadron reviews on some of this. If I see young eagles I'll p/u. I know that mill creek put out a 3 serial pk on John Wayne serials. No promises on anthing.

Thank you so much for considering those two serials.
If they work out that would be wonderful, but if not
I completly understand. Thank you for all of your great MPEG2s.

I generally go by the serial squadron reviews and if they R decent serials then I will consider getting them. If the reviews R poor, then why bother.

I have heard of the Serial Squadron and just checked them out. They have a lot of great info and neat rare serials. I came across their polls from members on universal serials and they mentioned the Flying Cadts http://www.misterpoll.com/polls/281545/results

Just wondering -- Why did you put Sea Raiders and Riders of Death Valley into the Ourmedia section instead of Feature Films?

Ourmedia isn't in Open Source Movies, where Feature Films, other movies, and Classic TV reside. When we finally get a moderator again, he/she won't find the files without a note in the forum. There's no extra step involved in posting to Feature Films and it's no big deal.

Try searching for your movie serials from the Feature Films page and you'll see what I mean.

They should go into Open Source Movies when you start from the Feature Films homepage. I don't know what could have caused them to be put into Ourmedia. Weird thing have been happening with uploads, but I haven't seen this happen before.

Uploads are being moved to their proper places now. You should post in the forums about Sea Raiders and other serials so that they get moved.

All of the ones you just posted look great the quality is excellent and the stories look neat.

I did notice that Chapter 4 of SeaRaiders does not seem to be working with the IA player or when the MPEG2 is downloaded. It flashes a few opening frames and then stops.
